*6 day short sailings include an additional shared transfer from Pto Ayora to Baltra airport on day 6. Short sailing prices are not applicable during Easter, Christmas and New Year's sailings.  Full 8 day rates will apply + $500 pp surcharge.

 

Family Departures Available

Children’s Policy:

  • On Family Departures children are accepted from the age of 4 years
  • On Regular departures children are accepted from the age of 7 years
  • Children under 12 sharing the cabin with an adult receive a 25% discount except during Easter, Christmas and New Year’s cruises. Only one discount can be applied in deluxe triple cabins.
     

Share Policy:  The Eclipse does not offer a share policy for single travelers.

Single Policy:  The Eclipse has 2 single staterooms priced as indicated above. Single rates for all other staterooms are 1.5 x the applicable rate listed above for staterooms, and 2 x the listed amount for superior or deluxe staterooms.

Triple accommodations:

  • 3rd person in Deluxe Stateroom (adult) is assessed at the current twin stateroom rate.
  • 3rd person in Deluxe Stateroom (child) is assessed at the current twin stateroom rate less child discount.

 

Extras:

  • Provided: Snorkeling equipment; 3 mm shortie wetsuit; sea kayaking possible at select sites; one-time fully stocked minibar  in each cabin; use of VIP lounge at the Baltra airport in Galapagos.
  • NEW!! Shared round-trip airport transfers are INCLUDED from select hotels to/from the designated Galapagos flights. Quito hotels: Mariott, Swissotel, Casa Gangotena & Plaza Grande. Guayaquil hotels: Oro Verde, Hilton, Wyndham and Hampton Inn
  • For an additional charge:  alcoholic beverages.
  • Deluxe Stateroom extras: One-time stocked minibar & snacks; access to 200MB Satellite Internet per cabin (can be accessed in public areas); Bluetooth audio streaming system.

 

Communication:  Satellite phone and internet access available

Payments on board:  Cash, travelers checks, VISA, Mastercard or American Express with minimum $50 charge. A tab is run during the trip, payment handled on the last day.

Galapagos National Park Tax: A park fee of $100 per person will be charged to all passengers. Children under 12 years pay $50.

Migration Control Card: A $20 per person fee is charged to all passengers. This card is issued when you depart for Galapagos, and you will need to show it prior to your return flight to the mainland.

Airline tickets:  You will need to consider airline tickets from Quito (or Guayaquil) to Galapagos and return. These flights are automatically reserved for you with your Galapagos tour reservation.  Current pricing ranges from $495-$540, and subject to change with-out notice. Children's rates apply.
