Trip notes:

• Note: This tour is a suggested, customized itinerary that is very flexible. We can make changes in hotels, excursions and destinations to suit your travel dates, style and budget.
• Your included tours in the cloud forest and Amazon rainforest are shared with other lodge guests. Your tours of Quito, Antisana/Cotopaxi and airport transfers are with a private guide (for tours) or driver (for transfers). Private guides at the lodges can be arranged at an additional cost.
• Please check our Accommodations tab for info on the different hotel suggestions for you time in Quito. Other hotels can be used on request but may require additional transfer costs.
• Domestic flights Quito-Coca-Quito are required for this itinerary. These tickets will be confirmed by our local office along with your tours. Current cost is approximately $150 round-trip, subject to change.
• Weight Limit for the commercial flights in Ecuador:  Passengers on flights Quito – Coca are allowed to check in a maximum of 20 Kg per person (44 lbs) plus a carry on – hand luggage with reading material, camera, binoculars and personal documents. Additional or excess baggage is charged directly by the airline by pound.
• For your travels to the Amazon, and Mindo Cloud Forest, we request you plan to leave behind all un-needed items in luggage storage at your hotel
• Latin American Escapes offers excellent discounted international airfares from most US cities, local airpasses, and complete land packages through-out Latin America. 
• This trip easily combines with a Galapagos cruise, or a wonderful overland tour of the Avenue of the volcanoes from Quito to Guayaquil. Or add extra days in Quito to explore the city, or visit the museums and art galleries.
