***Luxury Plus Cabins are priced for 3 people. If only 2 people occupy a Luxury plus cabin there is a 50% surcharge pp.

Holiday Surcharge/Peak Season conditions
**For the departure dates of Dec 19, 15 and 29 2025 the following conditions will apply:

• A surcharge of $299 per adult and $180 per child will be added to the cruise rate
• No discounts apply
• Twin/double cabins for single use have a 100% surcharge
• Triple cabins for twin/double use have a 100% surcharge

Children’s Policy:  Children under 12 sharing cabin with parents 10% discount (one child per adult paying full fare). Minimum age 6 years. Child's discount does not apply during Holiday Surcharge/Peak season dates.

Single Cabins:

• As indicated above/50% surcharge of per person/double cabin rate (only 3 single cabins)
• Other cabins available at 100% surcharge of per person/double cabin rate

Gear on board:  Snorkeling equipment and wet suits are included

Communication:  Internet access available on board-complimentary. The 2 computer stations on board + WIFI in the yacht's social areas offer the usual connection service available  in Galapagos, which intermittent and at a low bandwith

Payments on board:  Cash, travelers checks, VISA, Mastercard or American Express accepted. A tab is run during the trip, payment handled on the last day.

Galapagos National Park Tax: A park fee of $200 per person will be charged to all passengers. Children under 12 years by $100.

Migration Control Card: A $20 per person fee is charged to all passengers. This card is issued when you depart for Galapagos, and you will need to show it prior to your return flight to the mainland.

Airline tickets:  You will need to consider airline tickets from Quito (or Guayaquil) to Galapagos and return. These flights are automatically reserved for you and quoted with your Galapagos tour reservation.

Transfers to Galapagos flights: Group airport transfers will be provided from & to the following hotels, with prior arrangement.

    Quito: Casa Gangotena, Hilton Colon, Mercure, Sheraton, JW Marriott & Dann Carlton
    Guayaquil: Hilton Colon, Oro Verde, Sheraton & Wyndham
